"Uff these assignments and lectures"
"Again there is a meeting, oh no, not now."
"What! Today is still Tuesday? "
" Why the Sunday goes so fast?"
And more and more such expressions we had before this lockdown.
See today we are missing what we were fed up of. We are missing the canteen side fun, bunking the class, the boss's lecture, the most unexpected one is we are missing Monday, strange na.
Simply we are just missing our old routine or life. The life from which we want to run away and now we want to return to that old lifestyle.
Earlier we dreamt of family time, homemade food, sleeping till noon, late night movies, playing games, free time and much more. We wish for a break. So oneday, our wish got fulfilled. We don't have to go to school, college, office, etc., we spend time with family, play games, slept all day long and do what we was planning from a long time.
In starting we love these things, we enjoyed being at home, watching show and movies, do some long desired work. But days after days, week after week, we got bored of these things. Even most of us haven't done anything much creative and innovative , yet we want to return to the old normal life. We want everything now which was earlier boring and hectic for us.
This points to one of the basic nature of human that the desires and needs of a human is infinite and most importantly, they are changing every other moment. At one time we need this to the other second we need that. We doesn't value what we have until we lost it. We always dreamt of a thing we don't have and when we got that, instead of valuing that things we started dreaming of another thing. We complaint for what we haven't and forgot to be thankful for so many things we have.
Dreaming for something and working for it is not wrong, but we got so much engaged in that things that we forgot to value those things we have. We forgot to be thankful, and that's where we are wrong.
I'm not saying that this time is good no I'm not. But we all should remember that:
"Everything that happened is not good but there is good in everything that happened"
There are so many things which happened these days for which we was planning and just waiting from a long time. And we should be thankful for that.

Just think once ,
When the whole world is facing a tough situation, we are just chilling at home, doing all the silly things and most importantly we are safe, shouldn't we have to be thankful for this.
When many people are still away from their family and home, we are with our family in the home, shouldn't we have to be thankful for this.
There are lakhs of people who don't have food to eat and we are having a good meal and even our favourite food on the table, shouldn't we have to be thankful for this.
When everyday we read thousands of people are reported positive for covid-19, we are healthy and safe, shouldn't we have to be thankful for this.
Even we read or heard thousands of death because of the pandemic or any other reason, we are still alive, shouldn't we have to be thankful for this.
We have a chance to do what we want, to correct our mistakes and to make a change in the coming days. We have to realised that how blessed we are. We have to be thankful for each day which gives us another chance to live, each time when we have food on the table, each hour we spend with family, each moment we laughed, each minute we feel safe from the thousands of problem prevailing around us, each second we live and each breath we take. We have to be thankful for each and every feelings, emotions, moments of our life. And along with this, we have to realised that life doesn't give the second chance to everyone. So make sure to make it worth.
